COURSE TERMS
These Course Terms apply to all Sunnah Cure training programs, including online training and training pathways that include 1:1 practical instruction.
By enrolling in a Sunnah Cure course, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
ENROLMENT & COURSE ACCESS
Your enrolment provides you with individual access to the course content, training materials and resources included within the training pathway you have purchased.
Course access is for the enrolled student only. Your login details must not be shared and your enrolment cannot be transferred to another person without prior written approval from Sunnah Cure.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device, internet connection and any other technology required to access the online training.
PAYMENT
The applicable course fee will be displayed at the time of enrolment.
Where you choose to pay the course fee in full, payment is required at checkout.
Where a payment plan is available, you agree to pay the full course fee according to the payment schedule selected at checkout.
PAYMENT PLANS
A payment plan allows the total course fee to be divided into scheduled instalments. It is not a month-to-month subscription or a pay-as-you-go course.
By selecting a payment plan and receiving access to the course, you are committing to payment of the full course fee, subject to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Course access may commence following your first successful payment.
If a scheduled payment fails or becomes overdue, Sunnah Cure may temporarily suspend your course access until the outstanding payment has been resolved.
Certification will not be issued until the entire course fee has been paid in full, regardless of whether all lessons and assessments have otherwise been completed.
COURSE COMPLETION & CERTIFICATION
Certification is not automatically issued simply by accessing or viewing the course content.
To be eligible for certification, students must successfully complete all requirements applicable to their training pathway, which may include:
• Required course lessons and learning material
• Theory assessment
• Required case studies
• Practical assessment requirements
• Any additional assessment requirements communicated within the course
• Payment of the course fee in full
Where an assessment does not meet the required standard, Sunnah Cure may request clarification, corrections, additional evidence or resubmission before certification is issued.
1:1 PRACTICAL TRAINING
Students enrolled in a training pathway that includes 1:1 practical training will arrange their practical session with Sunnah Cure, subject to availability.
Practical training may be rescheduled by providing at least 7 days' written notice.
Failure to attend a scheduled practical session, or failure to provide sufficient notice, may result in the practical session being forfeited.
Any requirements or preparation instructions provided before your practical session must be followed.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Students are responsible for completing their own training and assessments and for providing accurate information and authentic assessment submissions.
Following completion of training, each student remains responsible for ensuring that their professional practice complies with any laws, regulations, insurance requirements, professional requirements and scope-of-practice requirements applicable to their individual circumstances and location.
Completion of a Sunnah Cure course does not guarantee employment, business income, insurance approval, registration, licensing or any particular professional or financial outcome.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course videos, presentations, manuals, PDFs, templates, resources, assessments, written content and other training materials provided by Sunnah Cure remain the intellectual property of Sunnah Cure or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise stated.
Your enrolment provides you with access to these materials for your own education and permitted professional use.
You must not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share or otherwise provide Sunnah Cure course materials to another person without prior written permission.
You must not reproduce or use Sunnah Cure training materials to create, teach or sell your own training program or educational product without prior written permission.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Sunnah Cure Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Course Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
COURSE UPDATES
Sunnah Cure may make reasonable updates to course content, resources, assessments or the way training is delivered from time to time to maintain, improve or update the program.
