REFUND POLICY

At Sunnah Cure, we are committed to providing high-quality education, digital resources and support. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

ONLINE COURSES

Due to the digital nature of our online courses and the access provided to course materials, videos, manuals, downloadable resources and intellectual property, Sunnah Cure does not provide refunds for change of mind once course access has been granted.

This includes circumstances where:

• You change your mind
• You no longer have time to complete the course
• Your personal or financial circumstances change
• Your schedule or availability changes
• You decide the course is no longer suitable for you after receiving access

This does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

PAYMENT PLANS

Choosing a payment plan allows you to pay the total course fee in instalments.

A payment plan is not a monthly subscription and cancelling or discontinuing participation in the course does not automatically cancel the remaining agreed course payments.

Any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

1:1 PRACTICAL TRAINING

Where your enrolment includes 1:1 practical training, your practical session may be rescheduled with at least 7 days' written notice, subject to availability.

Failure to attend your scheduled practical session or provide sufficient notice may result in the practical session being forfeited.

The online component of the course remains subject to the digital course refund conditions above.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, Sunnah Cure does not provide change-of-mind refunds once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact Sunnah Cure so we can assist.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, Sunnah Cure will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with those rights.
