DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS
These Digital Product Terms apply to downloadable products purchased from Sunnah Cure, including digital imagery, resources, templates, guides and other downloadable materials.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms and any additional licence conditions displayed on the relevant product page.
DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to the digital files or instructions for accessing your purchase.
You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your files after purchase.
PERSONAL & BUSINESS USE
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, your purchase provides a licence for one purchaser or business to use the digital product for their own permitted personal or business purposes.
For digital image collections, permitted use may include:
• Social media posts and stories
• Website imagery
• Educational content created for your own audience
• Service promotions
• Business graphics
• Digital marketing materials
You may crop, resize, add text and incorporate permitted images into your own branded marketing materials.
YOU MAY NOT
Unless you have received prior written permission from Sunnah Cure, you must not:
• Resell the original files
• Redistribute or share the files with another business or practitioner
• Upload the files or collection for others to download
• Sell the files individually or as part of another digital product
• Claim original photography or content created by Sunnah Cure as your own original work
• Transfer your licence to another person or business
• Repackage or redistribute the files as stock imagery, templates, resources or another downloadable collection
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
ONE BUSINESS / USER
Unless otherwise stated, each purchase is licensed to one user or business.
If another practitioner or business would like to use the product, they must purchase their own licence.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in Sunnah Cure digital products remain with Sunnah Cure or the relevant rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise.
Your purchase provides you with a licence to use the product within the permitted uses. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original material.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, Sunnah Cure does not provide change-of-mind refunds once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact Sunnah Cure for assistance.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
